Payment Policy:

  • Credit Card Details are required to secure your reservation, no payment will be processed from your credit card unless in the event of non-arrival or cancellation.
  • To cancel or modify a booking please contact the hotel 48 Hours before the date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Cancellations received after 12pm the day before arrival or non-arrivals will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, we also reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
  • Travel insurance is recommended.

 

Best Rate Guarantee:

If you find a cheaper rate on another publicly available website for an identical booking within 4 hours of booking with us, please notify us at reception@northeustonhotel.com then we will:

* reduce the room rate which you pay to us

* provide you with a complimentary bottle of house wine during your stay with us

You must provide the following details:

Your booking reservation number;
Your full name and contact details 
and confirmation and evidence of the availability of the lower rate for an identical booking and the date and time at which the rate was available. We will accept a "screen shot" or scanned print-out clearly showing full details of the relevant rate and terms on a competing website and the date and time at which the relevant rate and terms were available as evidence or an email confirmation of booking providing full details of the terms attached to the booking.
You will receive a response to your best rate guarantee claim during the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We will come back to you within 24 hours of making your claim in working hours.

 The Booking must be:

* for the same number of guests, duration of stay and on the same dates;
* in the same room type;
* on the same package (room only, bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast); and
* be subject to the same cancellation terms, advance purchase policies and other terms and conditions.

and does not apply to:

rates that are not available to the general public. These include (but are not limited to) corporate rates, seasonal promotional package rates, rates provided on bookings through travel agents (whether or not online).

Early Arrival Policy

  • Check in time is from 3pm.
  • You may request an early check in; subject to availability we will try to accommodate your request.
  • We can only guarantee early check in if your stay includes the night prior to arrival.

Late Departure Policy

  • Check out time is 11am.
  • You may store your luggage until you leave the hotel.
  • If you require your room after 11am, please check availability in advance.
  • Late charges may apply depending on when you vacate your room.

Security/Lost Property

For security reasons only guests booked in are allowed access to their rooms. Please note that all your personal belongings are your responsibility. On the day of departure we will gladly store your luggage but this is left at your own risk. Any property left behind by guests will be stored as per procedure and can be returned at your expense. Food and drink items are discarded.

Smoking

  • The North Euston Hotel is a Non-Smoking building.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any bedrooms, function rooms, or public areas.
  • If evidence of smoking in your room is found an automatic deep cleaning charge of £150 will be applied to your credit card.
  • Smoking is allowed at the front or rear of the hotel but you are required to be 3 metres away from the building

Dogs

Dogs are welcomed in the hotel however there is a £10.00 per dog per night charge and we will also ask you to complete a disclaimer confirming that we can take payment from your credit card for any damages caused.

Noise

Please be aware that we hold weddings and large functions at the hotel most weekends. These may have loud music till midnight. Please check with us before booking if you are at all concerned. Guests causing nuisance to other paying guests will be asked to vacate their rooms and make a compensatory payment.

Damage

In the event of malicious, wilful or negligence of room or other property damage, the North Euston will charge the amount of any loss sustained, including business interruption losses to the credit/debit card of the registered customer. A Deep Clean Charge of £150.00 will be made if necessary. Where payment by the customer was made by means other than credit/debit card, The North Euston will pursue the matter through civil courts

When you offer us your email address, or any other personal details you can be absolutely certain that they will never be passed on to a third party. They will only ever be used, by us, to send you information that you have requested.

We use the highest level of security and encryption methods available for processing payments online. That means your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be, when you make a purchase from us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance. In plain English, your details are secure with us.
