Wine and Dine

Our wine suppliers, European Wine Growers Association (EWGA) are based in Carnforth and have been selling quality wines in the North West of England for 35 years.

Four or five times a year Craig from EWGA chooses a selection of wines from a particular region and our chef writes a menu to complement the wines, the usual format for the evening is a sparkling wine or aperitif with canapes, a white wine to accompany the starter, a red wine to complement the main course, finishing off with dessert wine and pudding, then tea, coffee and mints if you’ve any room left.

Craig will give a small introduction to the region and the wines of the evening making it an informative as well as thoroughly enjoyable evening! 

The price for the wine and dine is £29.95 per person, or why ask about our special rate with overnight accommodation & breakfast included and cancel the taxi.

South Island Sauvignon Blanc, crisp tropical fruit flavours, passionfruit and gooseberry.

The Crusher Viognier, intense apricot nectar, orange zest, baked sweet pineapple and toast.

Leone Shiraz, rich blackberry and plum fruit, spiced pepper notes and oaked finish.
