Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings at the North Euston Hotel.

Flexible Rates

Require a valid credit or debit card number to secure the reservation at the time of booking. Cancellations or amendments must be made more than 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid fees. Cancellations made later than 3:00pm, 2 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Advanced Purchase Rates

Require full non-refundable payment at the time of booking. One amendment to the arrival date (within 6 months of original date) may be made, as long as we receive a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Deposits

If your stay requires a deposit, this will be non-refundable, non-transferable to be paid at time of booking. For cancellations made later than 3:00pm, 2 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. If you choose to pay a deposit, on a rate that does not require it, an administration fee will be charged to refund if you cancel your reservation with more than 48 hours’ notice.

 Festive Accommodation

All bookings require a pre-payment of the first nights’ stay, which is non-refundable, payable at the time of booking. The final balance is due 1 month prior to arrival. Bookings made with less than 1 months’ notice the full balance will be due at time of booking.

Pre-orders are required if you are dining on Christmas Day or New Years Eve, which are required with your final balance.

Bookings cancelled between 1 month and 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equalling 2/3 rd’s of the final balance. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for all bookings.

Pricing

All prices are per room (excluding extras) unless otherwise stated and include VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to alter your rate should a mistake me identified.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, in our brochures and advertisements, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any information or offers featured online at any time. We shall not be bound by any descriptions, prices or other information set out in any such literature. We always offer the best rates if you book direct.

 Children

Children ages 2-15 sharing a room with 2 full paying adults will be charged a maximum of £16.00 per child per night, this rate includes breakfast. All children’s evening meals are charged as taken from either the children’s menu or the restaurant/bar menu.  Dogs

There is a charge of £12.50 per dog, per night with a maximum of 2 dogs in a room. (excludes family, superior & executive rooms, where they are not allowed). Dogs should be kept on a lead in the public areas of the hotel, you are responsible for your dog at all times. Dogs are not permitted on any furniture in your room or in the public areas. We reserve the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect and with no refunds for any prepaid accommodation if we find your dog is ill behaved and upsetting other guests and staff. Charges will be applied to the credit card which was used to pay for the bedroom for any damages caused.

Special Requirements & Requests

Please advise the hotel of any special dietary needs or other requirements, including mobility issues, you may have prior to arrival.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil special requests (including, but not limited to, room numbers, locations or views, check-in and check-out times) they cannot be guaranteed and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract. Special requests will only be confirmed to you on arrival at the hotel.

Please be aware that we hold weddings at large functions at the hotel most weekends. These may have loud music till midnight. Please check with us before booking if you are at all concerned.

Check In & Check Out

Hotel rooms are normally available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. At check-in, the balance of the cost of your booking is required.

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure, when any extras added to your account during your stay should be paid for.

 Guest Behaviour

We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy and we kindly request that all guests conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times and comply with hotel procedures and/or requests with regards to conduct and respect for other guests, the property of the hotel, its employees and their health and safety. We respectfully ask that guests do not disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the hotel, cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.

Conduct/behaviour that we reasonably consider inappropriate/unacceptable includes but is not limited to: creating an inappropriate level of noise and/or drunken or unruly behaviour and/or any behaviour with other guests or staff find offensive in any other way.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. Guests causing a nuisance to other paying guests will be asked to vacate their rooms and make a compensatory payment.

 Smoking and Damage

Smoking (including e cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in any bedrooms, function rooms or public areas. If evidence of smoking is found in your room an automatic deep cleaning charge of £150.00 will be applied to your account. The use of candles or naked flames is not permitted. Any damage incurred by you or your party during your stay in the hotel, will be charged to the credit card used to settle your account. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.

 Complaints or Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotel should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that all reasonable effort can be made to resolve the situation at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to the hotel manager. We have a no refund policy for issues presented post stay.

 Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and need to be redeemed in a single transaction. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. No refund will be made once the voucher has been purchased. No photocopies will be accepted.

You may choose to collect your vouchers from the hotel or postal delivery, please note that postage costs are not included in the voucher prices, any postage costs are advised during the purchase process. Please allow 48 hours for us to process all gift voucher orders. If you haven’t received your voucher within 5 working days, please call us on 01253 876525.

FESTIVE PARTIES, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR MEALS …

Christmas Parties over 10 guests
A Non- refundable deposit of £5.00 per person on lunch bookings and £10.00 per person on dinner bookings is required to confirm your reservation.
Final numbers are requested no later than 1 week prior to your function along with the balance due and pre-ordered menus. Cancellations made between 1 week and 48 hours prior to your function will lose their deposit and carry an administration fee. Less than 48 hours notice will result in full payment.

Christmas Day Meals
Booking is essential for Christmas Day Lunch and Carvery, no other meals are being served.
A Non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Tables will be held based on the deposit amount paid (ie £140.00 deposit will confirm a table for 7 inc. children).
Menu choices and final payment is required no later than 25th November.
Cancellations made between 25th November & by 12:00 pm on 11th December will be charged a cancellation fee equalling 2/3rd’s of the final balance. No refunds will be given for any bookings cancelled after this time.

New Years Eve
Booking is essential for New Years Eve Dinner, no other meals are being served after 5:00 pm.
A Non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required to confirm your reservation along with a signed booking form.
Menu choices and final payment is required no later than 30th November.
Cancellations made between 30th November & by 12:00 pm on 17th December will be charged a cancellation fee equalling 2/3rd’s of the final balance. No refunds will be given for any bookings cancelled after this time.
Seating is allocated on round tables of 8 to 10 guests. Please inform us on booking, if you would like to be sat with a particular party.

Whilst the hotel takes all responsible steps to ensure the accuracy of all information contained in its brochures, websites & advertisements, we reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw without notice if necessary. We shall not be bound by any descriptions, prices or other information set out in any such literature.
